    Prescription Information

    State and Federal regulations require prescription medications have a valid client/patient/doctor relationship in order to purchase. This requirement can be established one of three ways:

    1. You currently have a client/patient/doctor relationship with Cottonwood Veterinary Clinic.
    2. You fax us a copy of your prescription to (530) 347-7412
    3. You provide your veterinarian's phone number and your pet's information, so we can confirm your prescription. You can do this by replying to your order's confirmation email or directly emailing storesales@cottonwoodvetclinic.com

    Our store is a 100% secure on all the pages that have a URL that starts with "https://". All pages in which our customers input information fall into this category.


    Shipping & Return Details

  • On all orders under $200 we offer standard UPS shipping rates.
  • All orders over $200 and under 25lbs total weight are FREEEEEE!!!
  • For orders over $200 with weights over 25lbs we will add a $5 fee for every 10lbs it is over 25lbs. So...if you order $201 in items and they weigh 55lbs combined, you would add $15 for shipping. Simple!

    • Vaccines

    Vaccines are packed with frozen ice packs, the same way veterinarians receive their vaccines. Vaccines are shipped on Monday through Thursday. Vaccines are always shipped Next Day Air for quality assurance purposes. If the vaccine portion of your order is more than $200.00, we will add no handling charge. For orders under $200, we add a minimal $5 fee to your shipping charge. Vaccines only available for sale in the USA (not for sale in RI).

    *note: Aerosol and hazardous items can only be shipped via Ground Service.

    Returns

    We offer 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on all goods and products we ship. However, the money back guarantee is subject to three criteria:

    • The item has not been opened, unsealed or tampered with in anyway.
    • The return is in good faith
    • We cannot accept returns on biologicals/vaccines, due to the perishable nature of biologicals/vaccines.

    *Note: All returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee.
